How to Order

1. Browse Custom Products

Browse our range of products ready for customisation, this can be found below in step 4. You can also browse our Team Shops below for some inspiration from current teams.

2. Send Custom Query

Once you have decided which products your team loves, fill in our Custom Team Order Query Form, it's free (this can be found below). Simply enter you and your teams details, upload your team logo, and select the products you are interested in. Once we receive your form, we will create a bespoke team shop for your team to order from.

4. Order Your Kit

Once you have sent your application, and your team shop has been created, you are ready to order! Teams can either place a bulk order from one account to receive a bulk discount (5% on orders of 10 or more items). You can also order items individually at any time.

Team Order FAQs

How many items are in a bulk order?

A bulk order is any order with 10 or more items within. Once added to the basket, an automatic discount of 5% will be deducted from your order total.

How much does a bulk order cost to ship in the UK?

We charge a flat rate of £20 to cover Royal Mail First Class Signed shipping, alongside insuring the total order in case of loss or damages.

How long does it take to make a team order?

Once we receive payment for your order, it becomes non-refundable and we begin hand making your order. This process takes 5-10 working days dependant on volume (an order of 10 items is faster than an order of 100). Your order is then shipped to you with next day special delivery.

Can a custom order be refunded/exchanged?

Once you have paid for your order and it has begun production, we cannot refund or exchange your order. This is due to the items being custom, so please ensure you select correct sizings before placing an order.

Can I purchase an individual item?

You can purchase any volume of items at any point in the year.
