    Track any orders that you have placed with the tracking details provided in your order confirmation email. Not sure what your order number is? All order numbers look like the following: Order #1234 Confirmed

  • Request a Return/Exchange

    To request a return, click on "Account" > Go to Orders > Click on the Order you'd like to return > Select "Request Return" in the top right corner > Fill in a reason for return i.e "Size was too small", if you want an exchange please add the size or product you'd like in the notes > Then select "Request Return" to finish.

    Missing an item or an entire order? As a small business we can miss orders, and while this happens rarely, we want to make sure you get what you've paid for! Click the following link and enter your order number (example #1234), your email, and select which option applies to you. Our team will get in contact with you to make sure your order is fixed.

  • Cancel My Order

    Need to cancel an order? No worries we have got you! To request a cancellation, click "Cancel My Order". You will need to enter your order number (example #1234) and your email. Once you have sent your cancellation request, our system will check if you are within the cancellation policy, and providing you are, you will receive your funds within 5-7 working days.
